Ethiopian cuisine usually consists of spicy vegetable and meat dishes, usually in the form of wat (or wot), a thick stew, served atop injera, a large sourdough flatbread, made out of fermented teff flour.

Good lord what is with the avalance of Ethiopian food these past few days, I just had dinner and i’m hungry all over again.
apparently there’s an ethiopian restaurant in austin, I haven’t had an ethiopian meal since I left chicago.
